Adrenaline Rush is Chicago rapper Twista’s song on his third studio album, released on June 24, 1997. It was his second national release, after his last album, Resurrection, was shelved outside of Chicago. Guest artists on the album included Johnny P, Liffy Stokes, Miss Kane, Malif, Mayz, and Turtle Banks.
The album’s first single, “Emotions,” repurposed the chorus of the Do or Die smash “Po Pimp” (which featured Twista).
The track “Get It Wet” reached number 96 on the Billboard Hot 100 list. Despite receiving little airplay or radio play outside of the Midwest, the album was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) on July 15, 2019.
